6 Things To Help You Prepare For Your Pregnancy Photo Shoot<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Not sure what to bring for your Los Angeles maternity photo shoot<\/a>? Not to worry, I will cover the essentials here in my list of the top 6 essentials for your pregnancy photo shoot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Freshly done nails<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    I know it sounds silly since the focus is really on your belly but this should not be overlooked. There are so many shots we will get that involve your bump and your hands and chipped nail polish will ruin that beautiful aesthetic. Have a pamper day with your girlfriends and get those nails done…actually, if your partner is into it too, take them so both sets of hands look amazing! I highly recommend softer colors so the attention isn’t being stolen by your hot pink sparkle polish. LOL!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Hair & Make Up<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    While we are on the subject of pampering, nothing feels better than having your hair and make-up done. Go do someone you know and trust or use my trusted gal. I offer a hair and makeup add-on if you’d like to have it done at the studio on the day of your session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Nude Undergarments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Nude underwear and bra are the best for any color or fabric you might wear during your session. Some dresses and shirts can be very sheer so this makes sure you are covered. A thong or g-string and a strapless bra are also great just in case you would like some coverage and support but minimal straps showing. If you are ok not wearing a bra, a nipple cover sometimes can do the trick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Your Partner<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Girl, I know you are excited about this, but it really does make it fun to have your partner for some shots. If they really aren’t into this kind of thing, they can assist in fabric throwing and pampering you at the very least. Solo shots are gorgeous and we will do plenty of them, but this is a very special time for you both if you’d like to include them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Wardrobe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Selecting the perfect outfits can make a significant difference in your maternity photos. Consider wearing form-fitting clothing that accentuates your baby bump, flowy dresses that create a romantic feel, or more casual attire depending on your style and the theme of the shoot. Avoid busy patterns or clothing that may distract from your belly. Also, bring a variety of outfits to provide options during the shoot.     6. Props & Accessories<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Consider incorporating props and accessories that add a personal touch to your maternity photos. This could include ultrasound images, baby shoes, sonograms, flowers, or any sentimental items that represent your journey to parenthood. Discuss with us beforehand to ensure that the props align with the overall theme and vision for the shoot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
