Contessa Premium Foods has stepped up to the environmentally friendly plate in a big way, producing the first “Green” frozen food manufacturing plant in the world. Celebrity chefs Ming Tsai and Todd English brought their skills to feed the hungry guests and prepare remarkable cuisine! Sara Snow from Discovery was there to present and so was Alex McCloud from Trading Spaces. I loved being up on the scissor lift 50 feet in the air shooting down on the President and CEO of Contessa, John Blazevich. Cheers to a wonderful company with an incredible mission and thank you for including me in the opening of such a spectacular facility!
